Communications have structure and should not be handled lightly. Important topics need to be communicated in the proper way to be valid and taken seriously. 

Emergency signs should be posted and emergency procedures should be discussed regularly. 

As an administrator, I need to pay close attention to the equipment usage by the individual and collective class. Also keep up with the insturctor knowledge and training of safety. Make sure I do more walk through's as well throughout the day. 

PPE enforcement on students and instructor knowledge of the equipment and teaching proper techniques to use equipment is key to a keeping a shop as safe as possible. 

Student made safety videos are a great idea and gives the students some better perspectives of safety. Also, other students are more likely to pay attention to other students.
