i have learned of the different ways that an institution can advertise and how they target future students. I Will use this information by studying the information on the ads and using that information to help future students decide. 

it is important to know what to do with a students file and how to proceed with it once completed. This will help me with future calls from said student.

I have learned many key terms that will be useful in my field of work.
