Hi Judy: 

I cannot agree with you more. Obtaining feedback from students (especially after graduation) can be daunting. I have met many Career Services Managers that start building relationships with students two or three courses before graduation. Managers voiced that the more they interact with students before graduation, the more likely they will respond to their inquiries after graduation. I also noticed that students that have to find their own job are less likely to give you information about their employer. 

Hi Judy: 

Student engagement sounds like a fantastic best practice. I like the idea of various surveys throughout the program. I would imagine by consistently assessing student surveys throughout the program, student concerns would be revealed early enough to proactively address. Way to go!
