Hi Giovanni: Students are our consumers in many ways, and providing excellent customer service is what we can offer them In the instructional process, we can prepare, plan, put in effort, and thought into every lesson. We can deliver it with enthusiasm and excitement. We can be tloerant and patient. We can be can be honest and sincere. We can covey that we care and are interested in the students success. Hi Terry: The best personality is the one we were born with. Yes, we can apply emphasis here and there, and of course, our version of enthusiatic, inspiring, motivating delivery is helpful. So is being a genuine, honest, natural person. Students will relate to sincerity and refuse artificial hype. Regards, Barry

Hi Beverly: Right. EC is about points and grades and less about learning. We want our students knowledgeable on all required course objectives. For anything important (EC assignment), it should be added to the required assignment category. Regards, Barry

Hi Linda: My self awareness (understandin) allows me to move forward or hold back based on my self perceived strengths and limits. Trying new techniques creates growth (and sometimes errors). But knowing how far I can go sets the threshold for self expression in my delivery. Regards, Barry
