Hi Jill: I agree about students not ever being surprised. If we've done our job, students will always have a pretty good idea where they're at, and what needs to be done to improve their grades. Sharing course information is also a great opportunity to just care a bit, offer encouragement and be supportive. Hi Stephen: Journalizing can be many things to different people. I maintain if the user sees value, then they should consider journalizing. If it's an effort and not used, then it really just a waste of time. Regards, Barry
