I think it's important we relate as natural and cordial as possible, regardless of the delivery format (online/on-ground), and the student will appreciate us for that and maybe it will even impact their learning. Role of instructor personality in delivery selection

Hi Rocco: I think confidence plays a big part in how an instructors personality is portrayed in the classroom. Confident instructors are able to get the point across with finesse - their own brand of themselves. Lesser confident teachers may try to emulate someone else, and as you imply - it can flop.
