Martin, Congratulations on your tenure. The learning never stops and keep communications going!
Martin, Great news! Keep your notebook handy and updated for current information.
Jefferson, It is always best to keep it simple. I find that many people do not understand the difference between accreditation and state licensure. Having the client repeating it back to you will also assist you in developing a clear understanding.
Jefferson, That is a good way to make sure everything is in order and all paperwork is completed.

Jefferson, You are not alone! Our sector is in a rapidly changing environment. Having yourself in a continual mode of learning will keep you sharp.
Jeffrey, Don't forget the regulatory side of your notebook with the CIE rules and statutes as well as any accreditation information.
James, Service is top priority, along with full disclosure! It is important not to mislead and answer all your prospective student's questions or direct them to the right person.
Stacy, I would also include your catalog and any other institutional policies. A section for Florida statutes and rules as well as accreditation information will be helpful.
Stacy, Continue to add additional documents such as CIE rules and statutes. Any advertising slicks that your institution uses is also very helpful. See what your client is seeing.
Janet, Thank you for your feedback. Good luck in your endeavors.
