I have learned how to resolve conflict. I plan to look for the ECPI documentation on that to be ready if such cases occur.  I have not had this happen yet.

I learned about synchronous feedback and to request feedback from my students. Those are two things that I have not been doing and will try to use to engage my students and to adapt to their expectations.

I learned that it is important to connect with my students and establish a rapport.

As an online instructor, I will get familiar with the course content and do the assignments myself to understand where the students might be difficulties. I will post content that will target the different types of learners to facilitate students.
