Accommodations level the playing field.

Students with mental health disabilities may be challenging in some cases, but bringing out their best is just as rewarding.

It is important to know your stakeholders in order to best serve them.  A student with a learning disability deserves as much opportunity to learn as any other.

Physical disabilities can hinder many tasks, but a person's task should not be hindered by the perception of a physical disability.

If a disabled student chooses to not identify as disabled, their intention may be to strengthen their skills and not be limited by a label.

As a disabled instructor, it is important to me that anyone with a disability is considered the equal of all able bodied persons.

I look forward to producing video lectures for my students.

Providing students with the experience of an expert throughout a class session is important for the processes and technical points that are critical to learning new techniques.

The transition could be gradual toward a flipped classroom.  Lectures could be available online, and questions from students could be required at the start of class to stimulate a discussion to reinforce the learning.  Also, live lectures supported by video could be useful in the transition period.

If lectures and demos were recorded for student reference, perhaps the retention and execution of new information and work would improve.  This would be available in addition to the in class lecture/demo.
