I like to begin with what our lesson is about then as we move through the class I change what we are doing completely so students don't feel or shall I say get bored..

Using powerpoints in clas has been the best to help students understand the lesson better

I set up my class with at least 15 minutes before so I am ready to greet my students at the door and get right into the lesson of the day

I learned that being prepared before class begins will help with any misunderstandings with students 

I have learned that when faced with a student with certain behaviors be productive in keeping that student busy and in tune with the class and if not then speak to an administrator

1 have learned that when dealing with these types of students you need to lesrn interesting ways in which to engage them in the class.

I've learned that by setting up a structured class with activities and clear syllabus students will have a better understanding of the course they are taking and apply it in future profesional settings

going to keep the class motivated with positive feedback and allow for the student to choose their own feedback on sourse stucture
