It is important to provide students with opportunities to think deeper. 

I learned that students need to engage in productive talk to add value to their learning

I learned that students engage in discussions in 5 different ways.

I learned that Asynchronous discussions work best for students. 

I learned that getting to know students through the online system is important. 

I learned that you must be thoroughly prepared for the online course management system.
