Always make the student feel comfortable and important..And there input is needed and expected

Dont scare or intimidate students being demanding.Teach with enthusiasm and vigor.

Be focused and engaged.

I love teaching and it shows..My enthusiasm shows..I try my best to be my best.

Its very important for you to really see and understand the type of students you have.Also your teaching style and make sure your availability is for all your students.

Evaluations show the instructor how much students learned.Questioning students to aware and engaged.

Asking questions is a great a great tool for class to focus on critical content.I will start to record myself to insure my interactions is effective having questioning students.
