Shows that stepping back so students can step up,

allowing students to work through the friction themselves with close attention and intervening only to get them back on track.

There isn't a single better option between synchronous and asynchronous learning; it depends on the context. This module shows that live sessions are great for building community and clearing up confusion.

Being intentional about how to structure work and communication instead of defaulting to scheduling a meeting

Most effective when its treated as a purposeful choice rather than a default habit, it highlights that tech-savvy isn't just about knowing how to use everyday gadgets, it's about requirements of the task with the unique function of a cool tool , using the wrong tool even if high tech can lead to inefficiency or safety risk, taking time to investigate a tools true function can ensure a much higher quality of work at a faster rate.

It shows that the stop and think approach is always the best go-to when starting anything

learned that if you give students the answer before they start thinking they stop thinking in most cases and build a dependency on you give answers , instead of handing it out step by step , give them a problem and allow them to deign the process to end the problem

from what i can see is how it flips the traditional classroom model on its head ,instead of worrying about seat time , finishing a chapter just because its Friday, the focus shifts entirely to weather the student actually get it its about mastery , not just showing up

what sticks to me is the flexibility, love the idea that a student a concept can sometimes move on, while those who struggle get the extra time without falling behind , ridge schedule feels human

In this module I learn that influencing motivation, or intrinsic motivation is way more sustainable than extrinsic motivators ,while grades and deadline definitely get things done in the short term with something, I try my best to make it personally meaningful  rather than just checking a box  This makes me want to tweak my own goals to a degree instead of solely focused on the end results, wanting to create an environment where people around me feel free and capable rather than just managed by reward cause this is most cases is where the best work happens.

With the constant use and need for freedom of will we as people will always need autonomy and security , this give the student the chance to add themselves and their style of learning into their curriculum if they use it a knowledge , but like anything with power comes great responsibility as they always say and it can open up doors for harm to a degree with security and so much more as well if not handled with care , especially in this day and age

new tech has always be great with assisting  in work flow on so many levels , leaning that lecture notes can assist many ways in keeping track of where you are and so much more, learning how through courses how it can assist students and much more

the biggest thing I'm taking away from this module is that objectives aren't just boxes to check for my admin , they're actually the go to for the whole class standard , the all do , without them , its way to easy to get sidetracked in some cases by fun activities that actually teach students what they need , what i can typically bring to this is how i plan to look at how the closings of my classes will be instead of picking the things that intrigues them the most in the begging and utilize it more closer… >>>

great for being a major blueprint on time saving and structuring classroom instructions effectively, keeps you organized as well as the class where time can be used effectively ,
