I understand that when there are guidelines applied to the communication process, the students will have an easier time navigation the coarse and be able to achieve a very strong communication process.

There are quite a few tools which can facilitate the way an instructor can deliver the content of the coarse, all of which have pros and cons. When the instructor becomes skilled in the use of each tool, he of she may use them with great effect.

It,s also exciting to know that there are ways to combine more than one of these tools to create an interaction between teachers and students as well as student to student.

It is important for teachers to make a distinction between the on line course and the F2F course.

It would be a good idea for the teacher not to try to emulate the F2F course in an on line situatuio, but rather to use on line tools to create an environment which lets the student feel comfortable using the computer.

A friendly greeting or introduction can be used effectivly in this regard.

Is is becoming more and more apparent that when building an on line coarse that watching listening and reflecting on the students input as well as output is a key element in the construction of a successful on line coarse.

Once a teacher has established his or her method of teaching on line, they can organize the delivery of the coarse in a manner that makes it easy for the students to complete their tasks with no confusion.

Having a centralized plan will help the students access the functions and communicate with each other as well.

While there are many tools which are available for the instructor to choose from, It is a good idea for the instructor to become familiar with which ones will be best for the chosen teaching style and lesson in order for the students to best learn.

Quite a bit of practice with these tools, apps, and programs will help the teacher gain expert knowledge of the in's and out's of the functionality of such tools.

It makes good sense that multiple sources of evaluation and feedback can be used to revise the course in order to give the students the best learning experience.

It is a very good idea to use rubrics when guiding the students towards the objective.

There should much consideration given to designing each rubric so that a clear grade can be given with a clear explanation.

When asking for specific feedback we can determine the level at which the student is understanding the lesson.

Paying attention to staying consistent each module is very important. Thinking back to the modules I have studied from in the past this makes sense.

Looking forward to creating modules for my students in the future, I am quite sure the consistency will help to make the lessons much more presentable and easy to follow.

It is important to stay on top of the students responses and participation to the subject in order to identify any of the possible issues which can arise that may impede the the students ability to complete the lesson

The teacher must also be aware of the institutional policies regarding how to address and solve these issues.
