Every class, I have at least one student that
needs extra attention,and though I allways give my students 110%, some need 120%.
I start looking from day one, because it's easier to head off problems at the beginning,
versus the end.
The help they need can be as simple as a few words, or weeks of tutoring.
Problems can sometimes be personal, and if I feel this is the case, I'll ask them if they need help, but tell if they don't want to discuss
personal problems, I'll let it go.
