Communication and feedback is the goal for online and face 2 face interactions. It needs to be effective to foster student instrcutor relationship. 

There is alot of thought to transferring a F2F course to online. Thank you to the module that gave me insight. 

Organization and feedback are crucial in a online course. 

I have learned greatly about a virtual classroom and asynchronus vs synchronous delivery systems. 

This module taught us different tools to use in different classrrom settings. Which twaching style are you?

I learned that I need multiple forms to evaluate my program. 

This part of the course was very imformative. Rubrics are very imprortant with discussion boards and written assignments. They let the student know the expectations of the assignment.

Syllabus that is transparent is agood tool for studnet expectations. Scaffolding and chunks work well with complicated topics.

I have alot of work to due on my LMS which is Canvas. I saw the section modules and now I have a better knowledge to apply.
