About me
With over 20 years in education, I currently serve as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Instructional Coach, supporting high school teachers across multiple campuses. My journey began as an ESL aide and Spanish teacher, eventually leading me to instructional coaching roles in world languages and now CTE. I'm passionate about empowering educators, building strong instructional practices, and fostering culturally responsive classrooms. I'm also a doctoral candidate focused on the underrepresentation of Latinas in K-12 leadership.
