Does anyone have strategies for overcoming a negative leader and followers? If followers can inspire other followers, can he/she also inspire a leader?

Learning about Appreciative Inquiry was very helpful. It will be helpful to use this method to combat challenges my team and I face.

I found the stop, breathe, reflect and choose method to be very helpful. I plan on using this method when I experience stres in the office.
