IEP does not apply to college education.

Autism does not decrease the life expectancy of individuals. They, however, have a higher risk of accidents. 

Early diagnosis of Autism is essential for proper treatment of therapies that help these individuals to have a better future quality of life.

Communication is paramount to keep students engaged, but so is genuine care.

We learned the challenges that online learning can pose. How to identify undesirable behaviors in students, how to resolve conflict, how to advise students and how to reduce attrition. 

Learning the difference between synchronous an asynchronous session and strategies. Identification of the different learning styles and the strategies to encourage participation during the discussions. We also learned the guidelines to evaluate discussions. 

The way to project presence and authority as well as creating rapport with student in the online environment. 

To have a clear picture of e-learning, be efficient and effective at it. 

Utilize different delivery methods to address all learning styles. Prepare for and practice it. Develop rapport with the students.
