I learned from this module that I need to start updating my resource notebook. I need to keep a timeframe on when to review the notebook.

I learned from this module to understand the rules before advising students. Also, that each institution will vary with their rules and regulations expected out of students. 

I have learned to abide and follow the updated policies of your institution based on CIE recommendations. Also, to go through your policies and regularly update them. 

I have learned that being compliant to Florida Statutes and Regulations or admissions. I have also learned to keep a resource notebook of advertising. 

Staff teamwork can bleed into the classroom if there are disruptions.

Coming in with a positive attitude can set the tone for the classroom.

That education has become standardized and a business.

A key to success is to model what we preach.
