Jeffrey, Avoiding the word guarantee is always good advice. Many times students will probe until they get the answer they are wanting to hear. In addition to "you may be eligible..." you may want to qualify your statements with "I don't know for sure..." or "you should verify this information with...". Cindy Bryant

Kelly, Having students meet with different departments is a great policy. Many times a student will change their mind when they fully understand the sacrifice, costs and risks involved by withdrawing from the school prior to graduation. Cindy Bryant
