Good Job Kristan. Do you hold a regular planning meeting for future students?
Hi Betty, Staying on top of book orders is not and easy task. Have you given any thought to a regularly scheduled meeting to discuss enrollments and materials needed. This works quite well if consistently applied.

David, You are correct that these are disclosures. Are these the dame as what is federally required?

Sarah, How do you handle students questions about stipends?

Hi Brandon, It sounds like you are utilizing your catalog well. How do you keep up with changing course descriptions and program requirements?
Discussion Comment
Sara, I am glad to now that you consult your catalog frequently. Does referencing the catalog help you resolve the complaints?
Discussion Comment
David, You bring up two areas that have not been previously discussed; assessment and job placement. The Federal regulations are clear in both of these areas. There must be clear separation from admissions in both.

Danielle, Your opinion and comments are consistent with your peers and institution. Your on the right track.
Hi Kelly, That's great! Students are usually excited about receiving their books. It puts them back into the mindset of a student.
Tracy, You understand first hand what happens when students do not receive there materials on time. There is now a federal mandate regarding the receipt of materials for Pell eligible students. Maybe you could suggest a better way. I would advise you to scroll through what your peers have posted and see if there is anything you could implement at your facility.
