Tracy, What is your institution's policy on exit interviews and receipt of diplomas/degrees? Sometimes institutions find themselves in a "catch 22" withholding credentials that are required for the student to become employed.

David, You challenged me to go back to the regulations. 668.74(f) The criminal background information must be disclosed if will impact a student's ability to become licensed or employed. A criminal background check could be a requirement of admission, programatically or institutionally. Thanks for the dialogue.
