Kimberly, Your pride in your facility shines through. Interesting that you should use the phrase...state-of-the-art...I am not sure what state you are in but many accrediting bodies and states prohibit the use of these types of terms. The reason is that ...state-of-the-art...is a relative term that portrays different meanings to different people. I would encourage you to review the regs to insure that the term is not prohibited.
Ericka, That is very good point. Students who are willing to do their homework will have all the information necessary to make an informed decision before they walk in your door.
John, I agree that you must encourage individuals to see for themselves what is out there. This will make the student feel more confident in his decision to enroll in your school.

Joseph, I really like the idea of the chart w/photos. People are more comfortable when they are able to recognize the individual that they need to contact. It makes us feel as if we know them already. This could be a "best practice."

Suzanne, Due to the fact that Pell eligible students sometimes present financial hardships the Department has this protection in the regulations CFR § 668.164 regarding disbursing funds states that an institution must provide a way for a Federal Pell Grant eligible student to obtain or purchase, by the seventh day of a payment period, the books and supplies [scrubs, etc.] required for the payment period if, 10 days before the beginning—(i) The institution could disburse the title IV, HEA program funds for which the student is eligible; and (ii) Presuming the funds were disbursed, the student would have a credit… >>>
