Deborah, Is there a possibility that a current student could request not to be contacted.
Hi Frank, Thank you for your honesty. I woud encourage you to discuss disclosure information with your supervisor. There is always the possibility a student may seek your advice regarding a disclosure.

George, You raise an excellent point...how many times have we been to busy to take the time to listen to our voice mails only to realize that we have missed important information later.
George, Unfortunately not everyone finds the value in allowing students to do their own research.
Discussion Comment
George, It is good to know that your institution is willing to discuss this process.

John, These issues cannot be reviewed enough. People soon forget what they do not deal with on a daily basis.
Haley, You may want to go back to your supervisor and inquire so you will be confident in what you are being asked to do. Your peers have indicated that CampusVue is used to record information.

Lena, Your comment regarding teaching professionalism is well taken.

Donna, This is a good point. This would smooth out any unintended imbalances.
Discussion Comment
John, This is the one of the biggest challenges facing our career schools today. In other industries monetary/non-monetary compensation is not judged as critically. We [industry] have become ultra conservative in our approaches to protect ourselves and our students right to choose and pursue their educational path.
