Pamela, While recruiting at unemployment offices may sound like a good idea to some...it could set the institution up for failure through outcomes and default rates. Many times people who are struggling are not prepared to attend school on a regular basis. While they have every good intention there maybe road blocks placed in their way which influences whether are not they are able to complete the program. If this happens they walk away with tuition debt that they may no be able to pay which converts into a higher default rate. Cindy Bryant, Facilitator
