Lawrence, You have raised some excellent points, would you agree with my statements below? 1. Most media exposure is created by a disgruntled student or employee. 2. Most media exposure may have bee avoided if everyone understood the complaint policy thoroughly. 3. Most media exposure could have been avoided through being proactive at the campus level to address complaints. Please forgive me but I am not sure what the acronym NCLB stands for, could you explain?
