Aaron, Adult learners are usually comfortable in their decisions to attend school. They feel that they understand the rules and will abide by them. In the event a process or rule changes they sometimes feel as if they should have input into the process. This is not always possible due to the unique aspects of our industry. However, anytime a process is changed the stufents should always be taken into consideration. Cindy Bryant
