Atiya, It is good practice to involve the Program Director. Many times you will see the Program Director left out of the process and the complaint is taken straight to the Dean or Campus Director. Cindy Bryant

Daniel, In most positions an employee does not receive monetary rewards for their job functions. Therefore, I agree with you...but it will take some time for the expectations to be changed at many institutions. Cindy Bryant
Freda, Nothing would happen if a person inadvertently called a person on the D-N-C list unlsss the person with the registered number filed a complaint. In that event an investigation would ensue and possible sanctions. Cindy Bryant
