Mark, When the regulations first changed many admissions teams panicked and curtailed enrolling students. Paralyzed by compliance. As we move forward in our sector admissions is beginning to get their feet back on the ground and understand the new regulatory environment. It will take some time to see the results of the changes. Lawrence, I do agree that a student complaint demands immediate attention. I must remind everyone that not every complaint can be handled to the students satisfaction. But the fact that an associate is willing to address the students concern immediately is very important to the student. Cindy Bryant

Al, It is important that the background of a student be discussed in the admissions process. If a student passes the entrance assessment, understands the facts regarding employment and still decides to enroll they should be presented with a disclosure before beginning their academic career.
