Lawrence, I do agree that a student complaint demands immediate attention. I must remind everyone that not every complaint can be handled to the students satisfaction. But the fact that an associate is willing to address the students concern immediately is very important to the student. Cindy Bryant

If a student passes the entrance assessment, understands the facts regarding employment and still decides to enroll they should be presented with a disclosure before beginning their academic career.
