Debra, Mystery shopping is a powerful tool. The results of the 'shopping' provides your institution with information that they would not otherwise receive such as; how an employee would act in a given situation. It is critical that the 'shopping' data be used as a positive tool. If not the results can be counter effective. People become paralyzed by paranoia to do their job for fear that everyone is a shopper. Cindy Bryant
