Carol, You bring up a valid point. As an instructor you must maintain classroom control. I always encouraged my instructors to stay on task and conduct other business outside of class. Cindy Bryant
Heather, This a great way to let the students know that you care about them. Too many times students feel as if they were forgotten by their admissions representative once they are enrolled. Not to mention a great way to get referrals. Cindy Bryant

Stephanie, Great! It is imperative that Admissions be familiar with core curricula. Students rely on this type of information to make their decisions. Cindy Bryant
Lisa, This is a wonderful response. It is important to encourage students to research schools and to compare 'apples to apples'. Cindy Bryant
Robert, This is a great way to provide key information. The critical point is that employees are given direction regarding the disclosures. Cindy Bryant
Milissa, Thank you for your thorough response. I really like the idea of obtaining the chapters from the publisher as needed. It allows the student to continue their academic career without interruptions. Cindy Bryant
Shelley, Many people share your sentiments. Unfortunately the "bad actors" have forced everyone to operate under strict guidelines. I would encourage you to learn everything that you can so you can feel comfortable with your responses. Cindy Bryant

Courtney, Thank you for responding to my questiona and participating in the forums. Cindy Bryant
Dorathea, I think the most important point to remember is that anyone associated with an institution is capable of misrepresentation. Cindy Bryant
Shelley, Thank you for sharing your opinion. I agree that the student should not be put on a position to "sell" the program. I would like to point out that most referrals are simply one student giving the representative the name of another person who is interested in attending school. Cindy Bryant
