Delmar, Interesting that you mention this. I recently read an article where 2nd graders were given I-Pads as an experiment and the students were very capable of using these devices to complete their homework and solve problems. Technological improvements bring in a whole new level of learning but unfortunately too much of a good thing can be detrimental. Cindy Bryant

Audrey, As earlier mentioned I am a strong supporter of the group exits blended with one-on-one time. Students need to feel that their right to privacy is respected. They are more open and willing when they are confident in this. Cindy Bryant

Russell, I agree with you, but like every other business as supervisors and business owners that is the risk that we assume for our employees. The key is to train and monitor employees that you manage and the likelihood of this happening is very slim. Cindy Bryant
