However, your role could be to share your basic understanding of what will occur during the Exit Interview and encourage your students to attend. The more students that attend the better the opportunity to lower your campuses Cohort Default Rate (CDR). Cindy Bryant

Julia, While we all agree that with all things equal retention should remain static. However, in the past several years student arguments for leaving have been "I was not aware..." The goal would be to eliminate these arguments and increase retnetion. Cindy Bryant
