Terry, Thank you for sharing your viewpoint on student complaints. Many times the surface issue is not the real issue and it takes time to understand the real issue. Cindy Bryant
Zachary, Student satisfaction begins with transparency. If a student understands everything about an organization prior to enrollment they do not experience as many surprises while attending. It is impossible to provide a student with every possible piece f information but we can always do our best. Cindy Bryant
Stacy, Hi, do you find that by giving the students an overview of other colleges out there that you are approached with more detailed questions about those colleges? Cindy Bryant

Zach, Thank you for sharing such a great practice, a success coach sounds like a great idea. Students need someone to reach out to quickly if a crisis arises. Being able to discuss ideas and strategize with someone may be the difference in staying in schools or not. Cindy Bryant

Learning something new is always rewarding, Being able to use the information for the betterment of others is amazing.

Patrick, Student complaints can be frightening for any employee to address. Complaints should be seen as an opportunity to improve the campus operations regardless of the outcome. How a school handles a student complaint may control the students reaction. Unresolved complaints can result in a negative outcome for the schools reputation. Cindy Bryant
Lindy, Thank you for sharing your viewpoint. How were you able to arrive at your response? Cindy Bryant

Marcie, Thank you for joining the forum. You mention that you may need additional book store hours in order to provide better customer service-this may be worth bringing up to your Campus President. Cindy Bryant
