Jessica, You bring up a very good point when you mention, "Faculty and staff represent their employers during and out of work hours and should stray from unethical behavior, because you never know who may be watching." It is critical that we behave with integrity regardless of who is watching us. We must be able to self monitor. Cindy Bryant
Rodriegus, As educators, many of us feel as if we act morally and ethically at all times. The regulatory influences that may be most crucial are those that are approached in the beginning. Cindy Bryant

Dinel, Hi, I believe that you have raised a great question, "I wonder if media would practice morals and values, how different would things be in education?" I actually paused to consider how a de-sensationalized media would attract the audience. I am not sure that it would garner the necessary attention to capture an audience and then they would lose advertisers. Cindy Bryant

Terry, People are their behaviors, and no amount of training will change this. However, the company has the ability to set their expectations during the hiring process. In depth questioning along with providing the the potential employee with details regarding their job description will help them to better understand those expectations. Cindy Bryant
Jessica, Fantastic, it is always best to know as much as possible about your organization. Cindy Bryant
