LaQuita, I believe I speak for everyone when I agree with you that there is hope in education. However, it is crucial that the person be ready to see that hope without any pressure from anyone. There have been several studies done that discuss the correlation in decision making while in a depressed state whether that be economic or emotional. Cindy Bryant

James, Working as adjunct instructor can be very challenging. I would suggest that you take time, on your own, to read any materials given to you and attend any policy meetings that you can. Cindy Bryant
James, I can't think of a reason that you would need to review a file unless you were reviewing information that was not located in the database. However, it is not a conflict of interest since you are an employee, with a vested interest, and the students well being at the center of your review. Cindy Bryant
