Jason, I assume you are referring to a hotline. If so, it is important that the student have the option of requesting a face to face meeting. This would allow those that need to vent, to vent, and those that need more attention, more attention. Cindy Bryant

Arron, Great analysis. In the beginning the students expectations are set by the admissions department and the materials received. If those expectations fail to align with the delivery methods of academia then the student feels as if they have been failed. Cindy Bryant
