Deanna, Resolving a conflict with a fellow student, instructor or co-worker can be uncomfortable. However, as long as the issue is handled in a professional manner there should be few issues. This is one of the first steps toward professionalism. Cindy Bryant

Heather, Thank you so much for bringing up "the only bad question is the question not asked". New employees should be encouraged to ask questions. Cindy Bryant

Lonntrell, You brought up that the person dealing with the complaints must show resilience when dealing with a difficult customer [student]and this is very true. If you are a person who deals with complaints on a continual basis it is easy to become negative in your approach and responses when dealing with such students. A persons attitude has the ability to influence the outcome and it is so important to remain calm, coll and collected. Cindy Bryant
Barbie, Hi, a positive reputation that allows your students to speak highly of your organization is the best publicity a school ca have. Happy students are ready and willing to refer their friends and family to an organization that can fulfill their goals. Cindy Bryant

Phillip, Thank you for asking such a good question. First, I would like to say 'Bravo' to the person that wrote the article. To answer your question there are no articles that deal specifically with editorials. I would recommend that one takes a conservative approach and follow the guidelines on advertising and misrepresentation. Cindy Bryant
