Jazmyn, Thank you for your response. How do you see these 3 ethical traits, honesty, communication, and professionalism being transferred to your students? Cindy Bryant

Karen, It is very important that there is a prescribed pathway for the student where they do not feel as if they are being dismissed. This allows the student to feel heard and an opportunity to resolve there concerns at different levels. Cindy Bryant

Meredith, It has been well over a year since the removal of the Safe Harbors and hopefully your theory has proven true. Have you seen a difference in the type of student that has been recruited in the past year as opposed to 2 years ago? Cindy Bryant

Katie, Excellent response. I think many would agree with you that people seeking social services need additional help but as you mentioned they may not be in the right state of mind to make a life-altering decision. Cindy Bryant

Michael, Career Services is one of the most important departments for students. Students rely on them heavily to help them achieve their goal of employment. It is vital to present the information thoroughly and accurately. Using the catalog is good way to avoid misrepresentation. Cindy Bryant
Amber, Fantastic! I am glad that you have taken the time to research how your campus handles the Do-Not-Call Restrictions. Great job! Cindy Bryant
Kyle, Referrals have the greatest potential to be solid students. It is so important that students are given the opportunity to refer their friends and relatives without too much urging or coercing. Cindy Bryant
Demetra, Thanks for the great advice. I totally concur with your assessment. Prospective students should always be encouraged to conduct their own research. Students will be much happier if they are sure that they have chosen the right school. Cindy Bryant

Teresa, Sometimes students are intimidated to come forward. They are concerned that it will effect their relationship with the faculty or staff OR possibly effect their grades. It is important that the environment be open and welcoming so that students are comfortable coming forward with their concerns. Cindy Bryant
