Patrice, As long as there are desperate unemployed people, vulnerability will exist. Their needs are served by a media which focuses on sensational economic stories about massive layoffs and coming depressions. There's a level of quiet panic in the unemployed community right now, and they're willing to do anything to remove themselves from that desperate situation this includes going back to school, even when they can't afford it.
