Thomas, Hi! A great place to begin your research would be in admissions. Generally admissions is where disclosure begins and it ends in career services. Good luck with your research! Cindy Bryant

Jennifer, Welcome to the forum. I am glad to hear that you are using the catalog to ensure accurate information is being given to your students. Bravo! Cindy Bryant
Patricia, I think that these are very creative ideas. 1)Providing professional development activities for those that have done a good job could be a nice incentive to perform. Another point to be made is that the one's that need training are usually the ones that haven't done such a good job. 2)Time away from the office could be coordinated with going over a performance review. 3)Pet Project is a wonderful motivator. THanks for putting so much thought and detail into your response. Cindy Bryant

Christina, Hi! How often are you given feedback from your campus exits? The information is valuable to the overall improvement of the institution as long as the information is transferred to everyone. Cindy Bryant
Ashton, Students should always feel good about their choice of education. Negative press impacts not only the institution but the degree awarded to the student. You are right that if the student is happy they will refer others. Cindy Bryant
Jamie, For years people were rewarded for their information but the reward had to be less than $99. While this ensured referrals it did not ensure enrollments. Since the Safe Harbors have been removed any type of award is prohibited. I am curious if this has reduced referrals and enrollments? Cindy Bryant

Beth, Thank you for providing information regarding how student complaints are managed. It is a solid practice to allow students to continue the complaint process if needed. Cindy Bryant
Cindy, As director of compliance you have a difficult task. Campuses rely on your expertise to provide them with guidance that will keep them in compliance. Bravo! Cindy Bryant
William, Hi! Calling your students is a great way to show that you care about their academic well-being. The Do-Not-Call Restrictions would not apply to your current students. Cindy Bryant
Ryan, Hi! Sometimes it is best to "stay in our own lanes" especially when it could impact something as important as a student's understanding. Cindy Bryant
