documenting lesson plans is beneficial. It saves time and research, and it also aids the teacher in revising for the next class. 

I like using online research for visual aids/teaching this sometimes answer questions that instructors have not answered.

delivery is vital we must spend time with students to learn how to reach them. i sometimes use other students as teachers to help with reaching other students.

i like using icebreakers and setting the room atmosphere light to get rid of the anxieties so students are open to learning new material
