I think that communication skills is very important to educators. I  think that collaboration is required to meet the needs of diverse studenhts

It was good to learn of the  list of soft skills needed for educators. I do know that hard skills are as important to be an effective educator.

I have learned that students should be able to learn various ways and technology can be instrumental in assisting them.

I have learned that it is important that the students know what is expected of them in class.  Additionally I need to always have an ice breaker. The ice breaker will allow students to learn about teamwork.

I now realize that various methods must be implemented during online instruction to evaluate the student's learning.
