Just like the students, instructors need ways to adapt. With the flipped classroom, teachers are also accountable for their own learning needs to allow successful student satisfaction.
The flipped classroom approach allows students to be accountable for their learning, and teachers can be available to guide and direct the students to be successful.
See it, do it, teach it is direct and straight to the point.
As times are changing, this is a great tool for students to learn and adapt to the lessons being taught. Somethings students can learn through "flipped classroom" is accountability for their education.
Enthusiasm plays a big role in teaching. Providing good communication of the lesson plans and building trust will go along way with the students.
I have learned to be more engaging with the students. Engagement and liveliness plays a big role for an instructor.
I believe that as an instructor, the class room is like a stage. In order to have students engaged and attentive, the instructor could be passionate, lively, and engaging.
Instructors can assist by keeping the class engaged, almost following a "no one gets behind" concept. I find it helpful if students and instructors build trust and good communication, students will be more likely to engage and participate.
We should treat students how we would like to be treated. Creating a fun learning experience is an example.
Proper communication between the instructor and the student such as advising is necessary to communicate effectively.
