It is recommended for an instructor to create a biography which includes credentials to build rapport and show the students your competency. Set aside time frame for students to be able to reach out when in need of help. Set reminders for upcoming assignments can help navigate you during the online course.

In this course, I have learn the different format in lectures and how to engage your students. Learning the key components on how to set up and practice your deliverance can help the students retain the information.

I have learn from this module, introducing yourself and setting expectation are ways students are able to get to know instructor. Allowing the students to introduce themselves will help the instructor to getting to know them and warm up to their classmates in a classroom setting.

I have learn from this course, you can never be over prepared. When you stay ready, you do not need to get ready is a phrase I lives by.

This will be my first time teaching, and I must say this course was interested. One thing I did take away was the 5 C's. Being Credible, Candid, Compassionate, Committed, and Clear. Understanding the 3 area of competent are a good way to learn your strength and weakness.
