Rubrics allow the teacher to provide specific feedback without being to lenghty. It's great because that way the feedback can be given to the students in a timely manner.

I learned about the many different ways scaffolding supports students to build their own learning.

Supplemental materials in a database are handy for saving time and using a resource more than once. This reminds me of Google Classroom and Google Drive

Establishing and maintaining good and consistent communication is crucial to provide an e learning enivornment for the student.  Feedback  and counseling if needed is a needed to make a student be supported and achieve their goals.

Everyone likes and needs feedback, especially students. By providing feedback to synchronous and asynchronous interactions with students, they feel supported and motivated. This is evident in a better overall performance.

Posting a biography and encouraging students to do the same establishes a positive, first connection with teachers and students. They feel more comfortable and connected when they have a professional relationship with their instructor and peers. 

I learned that communication is crucial for the students understanding of the lessons, as well as for their experience with the CMS. Additionally, we are in part, also tech support for our students in order to minimize frustration.
