Key will be to make students feel safe and to be heard.

Keep in mind that there are many different types of learning and teaching styles.

Having a safe and fun educational experience is key.  Students want to know that they are safe and will enjoy the class setting.

Being prepared will be key in being a successful instructor. Engage, activiely, and listen with a purpose.
