Lydia, Great! Pretesting can also be conducted throughout the term, even throughout the daily lesson. It can be a continuous work in progress, so to speak. Instructors who do pretesting usually find it quite beneficial. Barry Westling

Lito, The fact is, work is work. As professional educators we have a responsibility to to do our work, and to strive to do it well. That said, preparing basic materials and organizing lessons should be at the minimum level of readiness. Putting in extra time to make or presentation and delivery dynamic may take more time.
