Make sure tudents understand how each component is a part of the designed pattern which leads to academic success and achieving learning outcomes.  The syllabus and LMS are key components in communicating several of these components.  Communication is the key.

Asynchronous and synchronous is interesting, learned to Prevent the discussion from rambling into too many directions by narrowing down the topics. Maintain the focus of the discussion on topic as the Students expect me to keep the discussions on the subject. 

The one-on-one relationships  with the students helps gain their trust, respect, and consideration  towards them  promoting an enriched, meaningful, and dynamic learning experience. 

One of the most effective ways to begin building an e-learning community is to ask students to post a short biography and the reason for them to choose the LVN career. 

Getting familar with CMS helps communicate effectively and answer Students questions and help them succed.
